Magigen Thermostable RNase HII

Magigen Thermostable RNase HII is an endoribonuclease that specially cleaves 5´ to a ribonucleotide within the context of a double stranded DNA. Magigen Thermostable RNase HII leaves 3´ hydroxyl and 5´ phosphate ends. RNase HII will also cleave at multiple sites along the RNA portion of an Okazaki fragment.

【Introduction】
The Magigen thermostable RNase HII enzyme, derived from an artificially engineered thermophilus rnhb gene with a molecular weight of 36 KD and a C-end carrying a histidine tag (his tag), has a wider temperature applicable region as well as more rapid nicking efficiency than E.coli RNase H2 and wild-type Tth RNase HII, and can be used for rhPCR reactions.

【Unit Definition】
At 60°C, 15 minutes to produce the same amount of enzyme required to cut a 100 pmol synthetic double-stranded RNA substrate (containing a single ribonucleoside near the quenching domain of the fluorescent probe/quench pair).

♦ Thermostable RNase HII is derived from the human-modified Thermus thermophilus rnhB gene, with a molecular weight of 36 kd, and the C-terminal carries a histidine tag (His tag), which has a wider temperature application area and faster cutting efficiency than E.coli RNase HII and wild-type Tth RNase HII.
