The Magigen Magicscript RT-III is the product of reverse transcriptase that cloned and expressed by gene recombination technology. By transforming part of the structural domains of reverse transcriptase genes of different species into chimeras through genetic engineering, the RNase H activity is also completely lost in RT-III, while its excellent thermal stability remains.

【Unit Definition】
One unit is defined as the amount of enzyme that will incorporate 1 nmol of dTTP into acid-insoluble material in 10 minutes at 37°C using poly(rA)•oligo(dT) as template/primer.
