【Unit Definition】
One unit is defined as the amount of enzyme that will incorporate 1 nmol of dTTP into acid-insoluble material in 10 minutes at 37°C using poly(rA)•oligo(dT) as template/primer.

【Product Performances】
Set the heat treatment time gradient at 55°C to 0, 50, 100, 150, 200, 250, 300 and 350min, then use Magicscript RT-II Plus at 55°C to start the reverse transcription reaction; with EV71 RNA as a template and proceed with qPCR reaction, the results show that reverse transcriptase II Plus has good thermal stability.

 ♦  Comparison of competitive products

Magicscript thermostable reverse transcriptase iiplus (red), Y company RT enzyme (green), V company RT enzyme (yellow) and T company RT enzyme (blue) were used, EV71 RNA was used as the template, the reverse transcription reaction was set according to the best reaction conditions recommended by their respective company's product instructions, and qPCR reaction was carried out. The results showed that magicscript thermostable reverse transcriptase iiplus had superior performance.
